Google Update or Bug : Yesterday on may 3rd, It was noticed that Google is adding links to Featured snippets and when a person click on it. It is sending back user to the new set of google search result and start searching that word. Previously Hyperlink from featured snippets was pointing to 3rd party website but now in this case it was not pointing to Third party website but was sending back to the Google.

This was noticed by Ramesh Singh and posted on Twitter. You cannot find it from any other location but from India you can change your country and check it. You can Read More at SEROUNDTALBE

Update:- Google Official’s confirmed that it was a bug, they were not indented to do such thing and they are working on to fix it
